A technical visit was organized to the Mersin Model Factory located in the Tarsus Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) with the students of our department.

Within the scope of the visit, our students had the opportunity to closely observe lean production principles, digitalization practices, training and consultancy processes, as well as the improvement activities carried out in model factories. In the workshop environment where production processes are simulated, our students gained a holistic perspective by relating the theoretical knowledge they acquired in their courses with practical applications.
