On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, we attended the seminar titled "What is a Heat Pump? How Does it Work? Why a Heat Pump?" with our Mechanical Engineering Department students, organized by the TMMOB Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Mersin Branch.

In the seminar, which featured presentations by Dursun Bayram, Senior Technical Support and Training Engineer, and Okan Aygün, Product Marketing Manager from Vaillant Group Turkey, valuable information was shared about the working principles of heat pump systems and their importance in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability.

At the end of the event, our students engaged in a productive interaction by directing their questions about current technologies and application areas in the sector to the experts.
